These terms apply to all eSIM orders placed through blitzesim.com and our mobile application and form the basis of our agreement with you as a customer.

These terms apply to all our products: prepaid travel eSIM plans and their associated top-ups.
Deviations are valid only if confirmed in writing beforehand.
An agreement is formed once your payment has been successfully completed, either through the website or through the app.
For security reasons, we may refuse orders or review them manually.
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required.
Payments are processed by an external payment processor, using the payment methods available at checkout at that time (for example iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay).
In the app, you pay through the same payment processor as on the website, not through the in-app purchase systems of the App Store or Play Store.
After successful payment, we deliver your eSIM digitally by email and/or through the order status page.
For eSIM plans, we provide activation details (a QR code and/or activation code) digitally. You can install these using the instructions on the website or, if you use the app, directly from your digital eSIM overview in the app.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to additional verification or external delays.
You are responsible for entering email addresses correctly, choosing the right product and any regional restrictions.
Delivered activation details are confidential and must be stored securely.
An eSIM profile can be installed on only one device at a time; installing it on another device requires a new plan.
In addition to the website, we offer a mobile application that lets you manage eSIM plans, top up and receive push notifications about your plan (for example when your data is nearly used up).
Using the app may require an account based on your email address. You sign in using a one-time code or magic link, not a password.
These terms and conditions apply in full to purchases and use through the app, alongside the privacy policy governing the processing of your data within the app.
As a rule, digitally delivered eSIM plans are not subject to a right of withdrawal once delivery has begun with your express consent before the withdrawal period has ended.
A refund may be considered in the event of demonstrable technical delivery problems, for example an eSIM that cannot be activated.
Our liability is limited to direct loss resulting from a breach attributable to us.
We are not liable for indirect loss, consequential loss or loss caused by improper use of an eSIM profile, activation details or the app.
We are not responsible for the eSIM, network or operating system compatibility of your device.
